This downtown Durham condo began as a blank slate. Our client, a busy Houston TX-based CEO with Egyptian heritage, needed a fully furnished, personality-filled space in just four weeks. We infused the home with warmth and depth using rich tones of cinnamon, saffron, ebony, and indigo, layered textures, and carved wood furniture that nods to his cultural roots. Highlighting his favorite sport, baseball-inspired fine photography in his home office adds a personal, modern touch. The result is a turnkey retreat that feels grounded, global, and completely his.
