    This retired veteran was just starting a new, unforeseen chapter in her life when she reached out for help designing her new home. Inspired by her story, we brought in rich colors, soft velvets, and a variety of earthy woods to ground and comfort her as she rediscovered herself in this new space.

    This busy CEO and former NICU nurse brought their lovely family from Washington, DC to North Carolina to start a new chapter. Studio One Nine Design was honored to provide furnishings and décor for almost every room in the home, giving the family a luxury, turnkey experience and helping to make for a much smoother transition to their new home state.

  • Cozy yet elevated dining room with a rich color palette and collected elements, styled by Studio One Nine Design.

    After having the same decor for 17 years, this clinical researcher and her husband reached out to give their home an updated look and feel. Inspired by this client’s Jamaican heritage, we brought in oranges and blues reminiscent of the Caribbean sun and sea, extra seating to make room for all her family gatherings, and mixed geometric prints with soft textures.
